RETURN POLICIES

  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase or exchanged within 30 days.
  • Sale merchandise can only be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • We do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.
  • Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned free of charge.
  • We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Wear In Good Health reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • Expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

PAYPAL RETURNS

When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy with the following exceptions:

  • In store returns cannot be credited to your PayPal account. You will receive your refund on a Wear In Good Health gift card.
  • Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Wear In Good Health will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the US. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Wear In Good Health Customer Service by phone at (847) 287-3812 or by email at sales@wearingoodhealth.com. 


Wear In Good Health customers using a third party service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Wear In Good Health is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping services.

 

WEAR IN GOOD HEALTH GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the remaining balance is less than $10.00.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A WEAR IN GOOD HEALTH GIFT CARD

The standard Wear In Good Health return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Wear In Good Health Gift Card. We will issue a new Wear In Good Health Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.

If you used a credit card in addition to a Wear In Good Health Card to pay for your order, we will credit your credit card the amount originally charged and issue a new Wear In Good Health Card in the amount used on the original purchase. You will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

Items purchased on wearingoodhealth.com may be returned to any Wear In Good Health store to expedite the return process free of charge. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order - no exceptions will be made. Store associates will process your return right away. If you originally paid with PayPal, store associates will refund the value of your return to a Wear In Good Health gift card.

 

PHONE AND INTERNET RETURNS

For your convenience, Wear In Good Health phone and Internet purchases that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to the Wear In Good Health store. Our return policies apply. Internet and phone orders may also be returned via UPS. A return label is included with every internet or phone order shipped within the U.S.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All International Orders are FINAL SALE.
